Physiorev partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, TNT, JCEX, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers - allowing us to ship direct to your door and proudly offer flat rate world-wide shipping.
We have several manufacturing facilities around the world and our products are shipped directly from one of these facilities or from one of our warehouses. Our warehouses are located in Europe, Asia and America.
Order Processing: 1-3 business days.
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
Estimated Delivery times:
- a) USA, UK, Australia, Canada and EU ~ 3 to 15 business days
- b) Rest of the world ~ 7 to 28 business days
(does not include weekends/public holidays)
Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.

*There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
We are partnered with major carriers around the world and depending on where you are, your order may be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal authority.
Due to COVID-19, delivery might take more days than usual.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is being prepared to be shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 4 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.
Physiorev will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Physiorev accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Physiorev may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email to email@example.com with the subject line "CANCEL". Once the order has shipped we cannot cancel it.
I Have Entered An Incorrect Address! What to do?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
